Unless agreed in advance of filming, Levitate Aerial Imaging retains the copyright of all filming content. Our clients are granted full use of the material, but are not permitted to re-sell it or allow a third party to use it without the prior agreement of Levitate Aerial Imaging.

 

We reserve the right to use all footage for promotional and other purposes, including on our website and PR show-reels. We also reserve the right to supply the content to stock libraries at a future date.
